Three Blue Ducks is a relaxed space, covered in graffiti and murals, that brews a fine organic coffee and serves boutique beers, ciders and wines. Formed by local Bronte lads, each passionate about surfing, food and fun, it’s a community hangout with a garden filled with “chooks and veggies”, and a celebrity chef in the kitchen. The menu is built on sustainably-grown produce and dishes up original creations like kimchi pork belly, kangaroo tartare, sesame-crusted kingfish, and salted meringue with strawberries.
